Nancy Burger

Nancy Burger is a speaker, strategist, and executive coach who guides leaders and teams to foster emotionally healthy cultures. A Marshall Goldsmith-certified leadership coach, she weaves together 10+ years in communications expertise and research in psychology and neuroscience to elevate workplace connections and empower clients to pivot out of thought patterns that hold them back. Nancy works with C-suite executives, heads of HR, training/recruiting, managers, business owners, and team leaders across many industries. She also enjoys mentoring young professionals.

Nancy is also an engaging, dynamic speaker who delivers inspiring talks and workshops to universities, leadership organizations, and networking groups on how each of us has the power to rise to our full potential by silencing our inner critic and leaning into curiosity and possibility. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in economics and Italian from the State University of New York at Albany.
