Rob provides 1-on-1 Executive Coaching and Executive Leadership.
As an Executive Coach, Rob leverages his broad business background to build leaders who can confidently address business challenges, build high-performing teams, and communicate their organization’s and their own personal brand.
Rob provides Executive Leadership, on a project or fractional basis, in the areas of
new product introduction, strategic marketing, finance, and business strategy. He has
worked with established organizations and early-stage startups from a range of
industries including non-profits, cyber security software, educational technology, and
professional services.
Rob has led and directed numerous companies through the product incubation stage to
successful commercialization. With more than 25 years of experience in computer
hardware, software, educational technology, curriculum, renewable energy, Rob has a
unique combination of operations, services, strategic planning, finance, product
management, and marketing skills. He has an extensive track record of creating
successful “Go to Market” business strategies and marketing campaigns in both
Fortune 500 companies and startup tech enterprises. He previously led the marketing
efforts of an Ed Tech company where he grew revenues from $0.5 M to $50 M in 5
years. Rob’s resume includes stints at Compaq, Micron, CurrTech Integrations, NCR
and others. Rob earned both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and an
