A chemical engineer with an MBA, he possesses a solid working knowledge of all of the key functions of business having achieved increasing success in a diversity of positions in sales and marketing, finance and accounting, manufacturing, research and development, and supply and distribution, culminating in several challenging senior executive roles. Gary is one of the rare individuals who stand at the crossroads of science and business.
After rising through the ranks, Gary became a “serial CEO” and has now led 6 start-up / early stage companies, several to successful exit. He has written business plans, sales and marketing plans, and offering memoranda that have raised over $50 million in capital from angel investors, venture capitalists, private equity groups, banks, and governments.
Operationally, he has built and led high-performance sales, marketing, and technical teams that opened multiple market verticals and delivered as much as 4-fold sales growth in 2-3 years.
