Jackie’s unique combination of strategic consulting, executive management in Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial leadership experiences make her a highly valued TCV partner. Most recently, she invested in a Baltimore based SaaS company and became CEO; leading it from a small start up to a market leader in asset tracking solutions to the aerospace and defense industry. The company was acquired by a publicly traded company in 2018. After the exit, Jackie wants to work with other entrepreneurs, helping the founders to more efficiently build, accelerate and maximize their market opportunities.  Jackie earned her bachelor’s degree from Fudan University in Shanghai, China, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
